BAIRD & CHARLES 1854 Marriage

Many thanks for putting me straight about Rachel Maria Charles nee Briggs 

I have now removed Rachel from the children born to Deskfoord Charles and Elizabeth Simmons.

When Rachel Maria Charles nee Briggs married John Baird it looks like she and John Baird had the use of Deskfoord Cottage and Wellington house. So by 1854 Rachel's father-in-law, Deskfoord Charles senior had died also her husband Deskford George Charles was dead and she had five year old Deskfoord George Charles junior to take care of.

I could not find Deskfoord George Charles on the 1861 UK Census but I did find Rachel Maria and John Baird with a new family.
