Burial-Sutton Mallett
« on: Saturday 23 July 11 19:37 BST (UK) »
Has anyone access to info. on Burials at Sutton Mallett 1881 -1884.
Cannot find death of John Harding residing at Sutton Mallett on 1881 Census. His widow remarried
Sept Qtr 1884 as Widow
2nd Marriage at same Church as 1st. would assume death of John would have been known by family.
Bridgwater Record Office has no record of his death.
Grateful for any help.
Thanks, Syljun

John was born 1840 so would have been  41 - 43yrs of age.
I have'nt found him of any later Census and widow's 2nd marriage in same Church.
Surely someone would have asked questions as her 2nd Marriage cert states Widow. All these little villages around Polden Hills are quite close. Moorlinch Church is the Mother Church for surrounding villages.
Quite a mystery never to be solved.
Thanks,
Syljun
