Hi Woody,

It might just pay to modify your heading with adding the word "Auckland" before probate.   This will let anyone know which Archives to go to.

Once again thank you :).. Thanks for all the photo's in the Pm..

It definately is "my" Seacombe Foxall...I wonder if Maria or Joseph Foxall (the youngest) ever claimed the inheritance? Joseph didn't move over to New Zealand unless he went in between the census being taken because he moved from "Rhodes" to Chorley.

I will have to check my tree again as i have got Maria's maiden name as "Trubee" and not "Ingham" as it shows on the death certificate.
