Ann Turner Parentage Help
« on: Sunday 24 July 11 17:58 BST (UK) »
Hi
Can anyone help me with the parentage of Ann Turner - b 27 May 1822, Lambeth. The only info I have is from her marriage cert to William Pretty 25 Dec 1837 inLambeth which shows her father as Peter Turner, occupation French Polisher. From there I cannot find out anything about him  :-[  so I am well and truly stuck. I can't even find any of Anns siblings which might help - It's driving me mad! Please save my sanity if you can.... :-\
Thank you
Elaine

Hi Dawn
Hmmm- I wonder if I've been given the wrong date for her baptism then. I was thinking too that maybe her fathers name was william peter as she did not call any of her children peter which would normally be the case. She had william as her son but this was also her husbands name.  ???
