John Joseph Quin born 1839 in Liverpool

Jack was born in 1839 in Liverpool England.
He married Catherine Nugent in Australia in 1871. She was from Galway, Ireland.
Can anyone help ?

Hiya Maisie....can`t find one in 1839........

John Quin born 10th May 1840 ....christened St Patricks,Liverpool......parents Patrick Quin and Margaret Rodgers

when he married Catherine Nugent did it give Johns fathers name as Patrick ?

Are you sure his mother was Bowen,and not Gavin

the children in the census are all christened St Nicholas Liverpool ,children of Jacobus Quin and Maria Gavin

sorry Sarah and Patrick are St Patricks mothers name written as Gavan

If it is this family they are at the same address in 1861. RG9/2682 ED11f FOL3 P8:
James Quinn, Head, Mar, 50, Poulterer, Ireland
Mary do, Wife, Mar, 48, , Cairleon? Monmouth
Thomas P do, Son, Un, 19, Assistant, Lanc Liverpool
Sarah E do, Daur, Un, 15, do, do do
Ann McClarey, servt, Un, 18, do, Ireland
This is not the end of the household, but pages 9 and 10 are, unfortunately, missing from Ancestry, but we have reached "Servant", it seems likely that the other family members have by then moved out.
Looking at ALSTON in south Ribble area, ALSTEAD and DONBAVAND/DUNBABIN etc. everywhere, HOWCROFT and MARSH in Bolton and Westhoughton, PICKERING in the Whitehaven area.

Found the family in 1841 Mount Pleasant district cant read street name sorry,looks like Leander St??? but according to the 1841 he was born in Ireland! If its the correct family.
