I googled for a local history society for Frodingham: it seems to be linked to Tickhill & District Local History Society: www.tickhillhistorysociety.org.uk

If you contact them, they may be able to help, or to suggest someone who can.

George HADLEY seems to have moved to Lincoln in the early 1870s  ... he doesn't appear as a photographer in 1881 http://tinyurl.com/3uhgvaq

but does in 1891 and 1901.

If you post your photo on this board, I expect someone will be able to date it. http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/board,298.0.html

Armed with a date, perhaps a visit to www.historicaldirectories.org may be helpful.
Today I broke my personal record for most consecutive days alive.

In 1901 the vicar of Frodingham was a Johnson Fowell Swann, aged 67 and born in Cambridge.

In 1881 the vicar was a Edward Mitford WEIGALL born in 1834 in Blackley, Lancashire.

Looks as if he was there in 1891 as well

Additional Info: In the 1901 census the Rev Weigall was staying at the Royal Pavilion Hotel, Folkstone. Perhaps on Holiday :)

After looking even further it appears that the Rev. Weigall held the post at Frodingham from 1859 to 1908 after that it was a Rev. Cyprian Thomas Rust M.A.

Most churches have a plaque or board in the church listing the past incumbents. It may be worth contacting the church and asking them if they have such a display and can they supply the information you require.

The church, St Lawrence, has its own website with contact details.

Yopu really need dating information from the church itself. Arelative of mine was a Lincolnshire Vicar in the later 19th century. He was there for several years, but never made it into a census.
