Ipswich Baptism lookup

I am looking for the baptism of Timothy Sherwin Brook b abt 1792 in Ipswich. Unfortunately I don't know the parish name. Can anyone help?

Hi,

To further clarify. I'm looking for the children of James Brook and Mary Shearwin/Sherwin married in 1787 in St Stephen's Ipswich. I think Timothy Sherwin Brook was their son and he was born about 1792.

Can anyone help?

There's a public tree on Ancestry which states that Timothy Sherwin Brook was indeed the son of James and Mary and that he was baptised 27/12/1791 at St. Stephens, Ipswich.   It also shows 5 siblings but no actual baptisms for any of them:
Mary Ann 1787
Elizabeth 1789
James Blyth 1790
Timothy Serwin bp.27/12/1791 St. Stephens, Ipswich
Lucy 1795

Children of James Brook and Mary Sherwin.

Timothy James - 20 August 1786
Mary - September 16 1787
Elizabeth - April 12 1789
James Blythe - July 15 1790
Timothy Sherwin - December 27 1791

(sorry I didn't see Lucy)

Thanks for this. I also saw the tree on Ancestry but just wanted to double check the records. Perhaps this Lucy they have found was baptised in a different parish.

Do you think Timothy James died before Timothy Sherwin was born?

Now to find the burials of parents James and Mary. I think they were dead before the 1841 census as I can't find them

Also in a previous conversation someone discovered a Timothy Sherwinwho was buried in 1760's. Could this be the father of Mary?

2 possibilities for the burials of James & Mary BROOK:

Mary BROOK buried 20 Feb 1835   age 74 (Parish House) Ipswich St Nicholas

James BROOK buried 1 Sep 1799   age 41  Ipswich St Nicholas

Source - Suffolk Burial Index.     These seem to be the 2 most likely identifiable entries for age - no info as to spouses/martial status etc unfortunately.

Mary SHEARWIN bpt 5 Nov 1759 Tackett St Indep, Ipswich (born 12 Oct 1759).  Parents Timothy SHEARWIN & Mary

Just to clarify, I possibly missed the baptism of Lucy as I didn't search much past Timothy Sherwin as he was the one in question.  Please don't discount her baptism as being at Ipswich St Stephen for this reason.
