Thanks Lisa yes it is a long thread it's one of these brick walls  ??? Was just updating the information I had found on Andrew Anderson Forbes have still not found exact date of death for him ...So any information I would be very grateful

Hi all just an update think I have at last found my Andrew Anderson Forbes death 10th August 1961 ..Rhin Wisconsin ...Find a grave has Andrew Anderson Forbes birth 30Jan 1884 ( same date as my Andrew )died 10 August 1961 ...Eagle River Cemetery Vilas County Wisconsin U S A ...what do you think ?

There are two Social Security applications for him, both giving the parents as William Forbes and Agnes Ferguson and birth as Aberdeen.  Both numbers were issued in California.  He made a life claim on 24 May 1957, probably for retirement benefits.

Hi all several years down the line success at last as mentioned before Jennie and Virginia are the same person ...Found a marriage for V M McManus 4/5/1908 Woodbury Iowa to Ira D Kelly ...Ira marries again 1920 ...Not found the marriage yet of Virginia to Andrew Anderson Forbes  ::)

Found a delayed birth record for daughter Clara May Kelley 27/1/1910 Iowa
Death for Clara M Sanchez 2/3/1998 Watsonville Santa Cruz she married Alfonso Zenon Sanchez 26/10/1929

Verle Margaret Kelly 21/8/1908 Lismore Nobles Minnesota died December 1978 Daly City San Mateo
California ..Married Alexander James Nizukcoffsky /Nizuk 30/11/1929 San Francisco

So getting there still got to find the two sons of Andrew's will keep trying ...Just thought you would all like to know and thanks for all the help along the way ..

Terrific.  Obituary for Clara May Sanchez was in the Santa Cruz Sentinel (Santa Cruz California)
5 March 1998 - page 6

Clara May Sanchez - No services are planned for Clara May Sanchez who died Monday at Watsonville  Convalescent hospital after a long illness. She was 88.
A native of Sioux City Iowa, she had lived in Watsonville area for 20 years. She was a home-maker.  Surtvived by 2 daughters who are named and eight grand-children. Cremation is under the direction of Mehl's Colonial Chapel  222 E Lake Ave, Watsonville.
