I wonder if someone could help me find someone on the 1871 census please ...

I have a Rosa (Rosina/Rose/Rasanna) Isaac born in 1857 in Martock.  She also had a Brother, Alfred, born in 1859 in Martock.

Their Dad, Alfred, died in 1859.  Their Mother, Catherine Sarah (Kitty) b: Ireland, remarried in 1864 in Dublin, so can't find here either - but I am more concerned with the 2 children.

I know Rosa stayed in the Somerset/Devon County areas as she married in 1878 in St Thomas, but died in Martock in 1904.

I can't find either of the 2 children, who wouldn't have (I'd have thought) be working, and more likely to be with family ....

Any suggestions much appreciated ....

Would the children , who were only quite little, not have gone to Ireland with mum? They could havestill been there in 1871, even if Rosa returned before 1878.

Maybe, maybe ... I can't find her after the marriage, so thought she might have stayed in London.  can't really confirm that .. and can't find Alfred after - at all

I wonder .. on a side note .. your surname interest ... would that be Harry De Boos that emigrated to Australia would it

Certainly some went to Australia, I will look out the giant
De Boo tree in a mo and have a look.
