Semi-educated guess based on some of my own photos:  1905-1915?  Gotta love how helpful those belts are at doing anything.

Agree with the dates although I would push it to the top end when these low slung belts were most popular.
Is it mounted or a postcard?

This card was used from around 1905-30 so doesn't narrow it down but this is well within that timeframe.
If it was at the earlier end of those dates,1905 -12 I would expect to see a border,so I think around WW1.
