FRYER Straying to Middx
« on: Thursday 17 June 04 23:36 BST (UK) »
From a Hampshire 1851 census return I’ve discovered one of my elusive ancestors was born in St Giles Middlesex.

ELIZABETH FRYER born around 1781.

I would be pleased if someone could do a look up in the parish registers of St Giles in the Fields or Holborn, St Giles & St George Workhouse (or any other ideas?) as I’m not clear who her mother was or why she was in the London area.

Elizabeth had a sister MARY ANN FRYER born about 1787 who may also have been born in St Giles.

Any information gratefully received.

Thanks :)
