Where has Ellen gone

Looking for any info on Ellen Northam b.1851 in Colyton Devon . She is listed on the 1861 and 1871 cencus as living with her  parents John and Elizabeth. I cannot find anything about her after this. She just seems to have disappeared. Can any one help   Many thanks Heather

Looks like she is a housemaid in the household of George Evans M.R.C.S. in 1881.
Enumerated as Ellen Northem transcribed as Ellen Northern.
