Army Returns - Deaths

In some family papers, I've come upon a photocopy of a page that looks to have been extracted from a book and the page is headed "ARMY RETURNS - DEATHS 1796 to 1880".

There are columns, which read from left to right - Surname, Name, Station, Year, Page.

There are what might be family names on this page - can anyone tell me what this is likely to be from and how/where one can gain further information from the basic information provided?

These are now on Findmypast. I cannot really add to what the title says, except that you can order a death certificate from the GRO in the usual way.
