James Doe b 1833 Takely Essex - died 1879 St Georges Union Infirmary (wife not informant of death) - Roadsman
Appears in 1861 census at Takeley
Married 1862 St George Hanover Sq - occupation servant Bruton Mews - father James Doe
No mention in 1871 census???

Sarah Doe nee Hughes (father James) b Westminster 1833 - 1835
Married 1862
Appears in 1861 census as Hughes in service
1871 census appears in Marylebone rectory workhouse
1881 appears in census as widow
1891 appears in census
Dies 1899 Westminster 12 Moreton Place SW1
Son born 1874 James William Moss Doe have history for this person

Where does James go from 1862 till 1874? prison , abroad, why not in the 1871 census, why is Sarah in the workhouse....any ideas \ help much appreciated
