hi looking for marriage between robert evans and mary roberts 28/1/1832 all i have is llanllechid wales and also to see if they were born there as i have them born holywell flintshire

The district Llanrwst spans the boundaries of the counties of Caernarvonshire and Denbighshire

thanks why would they marry there i have Mary in 1881 and it says born holywell flintshire it must be that Robert is from there

are this might be it Roberts son Joseph is a groom maybe Robert was looking at 1881 Joseph daughter was born menai bridge caernavon that could be the link

I also hardly think it likely they were married in Caernarvonshire!

I found a baptism on the Cocking Index of Non Conformist Baptisms for Flintshire(produced by Clwyd FHS) of probably Joseph's eldest sister Esther.It appears she was born on 07/01/1832 and baptised at Holywell-Chester Road Chapel on 17/01/1832 to parents Robert Evans(Labourer) and wife Mary of Penymaes Holywell.The baptism record states Mary's parents to be a Hugh and Esther Hughes.
