Rees 1841, 1851, 1861 census lookup please >>>

Not got a massive amount of info, but here we go.

I have a Howell Rees (c1805, Pyle according to 1871 and 1881 census returns).
I am aware of four children:
Margaret (c1829)
David (c1847)
Ann (c1849)
William H (c1851)

All children were born in Maesteg/Llangynwyd

Howell is showing as widowed on 1871 and 1881 census returns, but I cannot locate him on earlier returns - don't know why - probably just being thick again, but I've been using FindMyPast instead of A***** and I'm not liking the search facilities as much.

I have found a POSSIBLE marriage for Howell in 1828 in Llangynwyd to a Jane Jones, but nothing confirmed as yet.

Many thanks in advance - I've no doubt someone will have the correct results in seconds as usual  ;)

Thanks for that CU - been running about a bit so only just getting back in and replying.

In 1871 and 1881 he was working with the local hunt. Strangely, although the burial I found for a Howell rees shows an address of Temple Street (as do your matches), he is living in South Parade for 1871 and 1881 - they are not that far apart, and it's possible that there are family in both addresses and he was living with different children.

I'll have a closer nose through all this now - thanks though
