Shortened christian name COMPLETED THANKS

After searching the Stallingborough P/R's in the 1777 burials I found the death of the son of William and Barbara but I am unsure of the abbreviation of the sons name is short for any ideas??
Hannam in London, Nottinghamshire and Sheffield
Collins in Staffordshire
Brackenbury, Gurnell and Willson in Lincolnshire and now Nottinghamshire
Marples in Derbyshire and Yorkshire
Heginbotham in Derbyshire

I agree, Thomas - it is actually written in the abbreviated form Thos
