FARRELL - Kilmichael, Wicklow or Wexford

Hi,
Looking for any info for a friend of mine on the following Farrell family:

1911 census at Kilmichael, Kilgorman, Wexford
Farrell   William   31   Farmer
Farrell   Sarah   35   
Farrell   Kate           6   
Farrell   Jas           4   
Farrell   Mary Ellen  2   
Farrell   William   4 months

She's looking for a Mary Farrell who gave her address as Kilmichael Arklow Wicklow in 1933.  As Kilmichael is on the border of Wexford and Wicklow, there's a possibility that the family above could be the right one.
Without visiting Ireland to check the electoral rolls, any suggestions of where to look would be appreciated.

To see if there's a connection between your Mary and this family the place to start would probably be with a marriage cert for Mary to check details of her father. Do you have any details of this (location, date, husbands name) ?
