Marriage: NORMAN R. ROUNSEVELL Oct-Nov-Dec 1943 Liskeard, Cornwall reg 5c 121 to MARGERY J. ROWE.

Death: NORMAN ROY ROUNSEVELL January 1989 Liskeard, Cornwall reg 21 231 189 and with a date of birth of 10th May 1918 which ties in nicely with him being 8 on his journey to UK.

Nope doesn't appear to be. On a flippant note, maybe the ladies of SA clubbed together and paid for his return ticket 

With regard to GEORGE LODEWICK have found a copy of his marriage ceremony to EMMA. He was listed as a 'traveller' (similarly his father Charles Lodewick). This could explain why I can't find a birth reg for him and he doesn't appear in the 1861 or 1871 Censuses.
