Robinson

Looking for any information regarding Edward (Ned) Robinson and his wife Molly Swailes or Hailes. Ned and Molly were married in Durham, however, moved to Birmingham and apparently remained there, they had five children. Ned was born in Lanchester, County Durham,  1901. This is all the info I have. Any additional info would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

freeBMD shows just 1 Mary Hailes,birth reg.June Q 1901.
1901 census:
63 Waggonway St.Heworth.Co.Durham
Richard Hailes/30/miner/Jarrow
Isabella/27/Litton Fill,poss.Pelton Fell
Elizabeth/5

You should be able to use this to go back further, but I have to say there's no substitute for hard info.such as a birth or marriage cert.

1901 Census has an Edward aged 3 months with parents in Lanchester, Durham

Benjamin b 1875 Greencroft, Durham &
May Mary Robinson b abt 1874 Carish, Northumberland but feel this should be Carlisle!

Also with Edward is a Stepdaughter to Benjamin, Edward's stepsister, Katheleen Frathurtonlaugh but a correction should read  FEATHERSTONHAUGH b 1898, Hornby, Northumberland

Benjamin is a sub-office postman.

Can't find a suitable marriage for these 2 but there's this for Richard Hailes:
Dec.1893/Gateshead/10a/1138 = Isabella Wynn.

My bad spelling.
She appears in 1891 with mother & step-father but Alison can probably take it from here.

An easy one to mis-spell!

Although researching is probably a little easier,.. better than a Jones!
