Hi Mike

According  to Scotland's People Patrick McGuire from 57 Dundyvan Road, Coatbridge died on 24 November 1891 aged 57, son of John McGuire and Rose Donnelly. It says he died of heart disease and his son James was present. I have the death cert...pm me your email and I will send you a copy.

Ive checked the burial records for St Joseph's Cemetery in Airdrie, where Im presently working on an archive project. He is not buried there, although there are many McGuire's buried in that Cemetery.

Hi Chris,
I have PM you.
That age puts another fly in ointment regarding his age or my research.
In 1861 I have him born 1822
In 1871 I have him born 1804
In 1891 I have him born  1826 and now 1834
I have rechecked and rechecked, his wife Sarah's age remains fairly current as do his children, give or take a year.
Hopefuly it is transcribing issues
regards Mike

He is most likely in Old Monkland cemetery but North Lanarkshire Council's records don't go back that far

Every possibility he is in common ground
