What a very timely heads-up. Thank you Parmesan.
I'm one of those being frustrated on a daily basis by ancestry's inability to resolve appalling load times that have afflicted certain subscribers for the last 10 days or so. With my ancestry subscription coming up for renewal (or not), to learn that images for Cheshire parish records are on FindMyPast tips the scale in inclining me to spend my limited pennies on one of their subs, and dump ancestry. (Though the FindMyPast search engine leaves something to be desired. Why does a search on James Henshaw bp Cheshire 1810 produce nothing, whilst James Henshaw bp 1810 nowhere in particular strike lucky.... I'd hate to have to search on John Smith under those conditions!)
And i see that hJames Henshaw is one of those apparently with 2 entries, as Parmesan has been finding. In his case, as far as I see without a current sub, both Chelford and Prestbury are cited. Is it perhaps something to do with Cheshire's peculiar mix of chaplries, townships and parishes?
