Death Record Look Up - Grisdale

I've been hunting for a death record for John Grisdale born 1812/13 (in Cumberland, England)

I have only been able to trace him up until 1871 - and he vanishes!  I can't find him on the 1881 Census.

His wife Lydia Mary (nee Jones) Grisdale died in 1870 in Tay Township.

Their children:  Nancy, Alfred James, Rosanna, Alywin Erwin, Arthur and Elizabeth.

His parents:  John Grisdale and Elizabeth Halton (both born in England & died in Que)

Wondering if someone can help!? Maybe a fresh pair of eyes can see him somewhere..
