Thomas Cockley, born abt 1793 in Beeches Common, died 1855 Rochford, married Sarah ??., born abt 1797 in Gt. Wakering.  Had eight children as follows:

John b. 1826 Barlam m. Mary Ann Anstee 1850
William b. 1826 d. 1827 Eastwood
Mary b. 1827 d. 1828 Eastwood
Thomas b. 1830 Wakering m. Eliza 1877
Henry b. 1833 Eastwood, m. Charlotte Kemp 1867, d. 1902
Eliza b. 1835 Eastwood
Emma, b. 1837 Eastwood

I have information on Henry's descendants, and a little bit on some of the others.

I cannot find a suitable marriage for her -or her whereabouts after 1861

Hi,

I am looking for any information on the family that I don't have already.  I have the census info on Thomas (1793) and Sarah, but not for all their children, only some for John and Thomas and all for Henry.  I would like to be able to take Thomas and Sarah farther back.  The baptisms and burials for their family I got from the church records.

Cockley researchers seem to be few and far between

Still looking for Cockleys.  Emma (1837) was with her widowed mother, Sarah, and unmarried in the 1861 census.  I haven't managed to look at that death certificate yet.  I don't live in the UK.
