LOoking for any information on this venue, or a quartet called The Bogner Boys, around 1930

Hi Mary

Here's a link to the history of the Hamilton Hippodrome in Townhead Street, including a photo.

http://www.scottishcinemas.org.uk/scotland/hamilton/hippodrome.html

It was opened in October 1907 by Bostock's for cine-variety. Largely a wooden auditorium, it was also used for variety and circus acts. Sold to Winocour's in 1941, it was destroyed by fire in January 1946.

Cheers,

Rodeo
