HORNABROOK MI Egloskerry

Hi,

I have come into some information that there is a tomb stone in Egloskerry churchyard for a William Hornabrook died 4 March 1797.  My information comes at least 3rd hand and 20 years old!

Do any rootschatters live in the area who would be able to corroborate, transcribe stone or photo stone for  me?

A death for William Hornabrook 4.3.1797 is listed on Cornwall Online Parish Clerks website.
Try contacting COPC - I have found them to be most helpful.

Hi Priscilla,

I was specifically after the tombestone for date of death.

I have his Will which does not give date of death.
I have the transcribed Egloskerry burial entry from the Cornwall OPC database of 7 Mar 1979.
Egloskerry does not have an actual OPC.

I cannot see the date of death you quote on the site.

Egloskerry now has an OPC ~ me [ I can do SPECIFIC look-ups + can be reached at weekstmaryopc@gmail.com

It's possible that his tombstone will give you his date of death but unfortunately I don't live anywhere near Cornwall England so cannot help with that
