Hello,
Does anyone have any info on John LEATHERLAND born about 1791 possibly Eastwood, Notts. England and died 28th February 1855 of pnuemonia?  He married Phillis BROWN on 7th November 1813 and they had 4 children.  I'm interested in where he came from.  I have info on his descendants.

Hi as a Litherland in 1851 he looks to be born and bred in Eastwood.

Census ref HO107/2125/372/44
 
Ah but the 1841 suggests otherwise!

only 3 baptisms 10 years +- 1790 for John Leatherland
24 Dec 1781 parents Edward and Sarah took place in Trowell
9 Mar 1788 parents John and Ann in Radford
2 Nov 1795 parents William and Mary in Wollaton.
no baptisms for John Letherland.
