My father married in 1954 in Hubbelrath, Germany while serving with the BAOR. I'd like to know more about the lady that he married (full name; date and place of birth etc) so that I can better trace her subsequent marriage. Her second husband adopted my half brothers and sisters. My father died a few years ago and talked about them a lot in his last months. I know that he was full of regret for the way things had turned out with his first family. I've reached a bit of a brick wall in my search and wonder whether obtaining this marriage certificate would help, and if so, how to go about it?
