Help please. 11 Bedford St ,Cheetham, Manchester - is it still standing??

Hi,

I am asking for a friend if the above address is still standing?  On the 1911C it is written as:

11 Bedford St    BNR
Cheetham
Manchester.

My other question would be what does the BNR stand for?

Are there any old picture sites for Manchester, that it might show up on?

unable to find exactly where it still if at all.
there is a Bedford Street in Prestwich , which is in the area.
take a look at this site and maybe you might get an answer.

The short answer is no. To see where Bedford Street was located - Click here - See the very bottom left-hand corner of Square 3C - It's a very short street running SW off Bury New Road (which answers your other question)

Some of the other householders on that street have written the address out in full

- Click here - for a recent view of the area. Bedford Street was straight across from Fairy Lane.
