john and elizabeth bland had 14 children between the 1830's and 1850's they left home at kentmere with their first born around 1834 and had 4 more youngsters in the eden valley before moving to mardale and had lmore children their 13th child was james barker bland born at hegdale , shap 22nd aug 1854. another child was also born at shap.

the family had moved back to kentmere in 1861.

doe's anyone know the names of all the children or years and places of birth they seem to have been a family that moved about quite a lot .

john was on the 1881 census at caudle beck farm hartsop aged 73 and widowed.

John BLAND and Elizabeth MARTINDALE are my great great grandparents.  I have accumulated a lot of information about them.  I'm interested in knowing which of their 14 children you are descended from.
