David Richards

David Richards was residing in Caerphilly at 1 Nantgarw Road in the household of Phillip Rees his father-in-law.  David Richards was listed as widow; age 24 years and birthplace of Brecon Town.  On the 1911 his age is a few years different given as 38 years but his birthplace is constant, Brecon Town. Could someone please help locate him on the 1891.
