Good grief, what can I say?

So it seems that Paul and Anne (died when James was 11) are almost certainly the parents of the JP in my tree!

As Paul is shown as a cooper aged 69 in 1841, then those Phillips you mention in an earlier reply as burgess in Llanfallteg could be my next line of enquiry.

I intend to take a break down west when the Narberth museum has re-opened, take a good look around the area and visit the R.O.
