Marriage Licence c1798 Oxford

I am wondering if anyone can tell me if and where I can obtain details of a marriage licence. My ancestor John Saunders married a Mary Immes in November 1798 St Giles, Oxford.

Saunders (Oxfordshire)
Kilford (Wiltshire)
Fuller (Norfolk)
Kurn (Surrey) 
Burridge (Devon, Somerset]

It gives the additional information that John was a widower from Great Milton.

As for obtaining a copy, not sure - but I'd start by contacting the Oxfordshire Record Office.

Baptism nowhere to be found. Possibly in a nonconformist church near ALMONDBURY or HUDDERSFIELD.
