Info: Cornish Parish Registers on Familysearch.org
« on: Friday 03 February 12 12:33 GMT (UK) »
It's worth reminding everyone that there are digitised images of many Cornish Parish Registers on the familysearch.org website.  From the Home page, under Browse by Location, click on All Record Collections, scroll down to England, Cornwall Parish Registers 1538-2010 and click on Browse Images, then Cornwall and all the parishes will appear.

You can then check all your IGI entries, find out where families were living when baptisms/burials took place, look at marriages and discover witnesses' names, see your ancestors' signatures, check ages at burial etc.

Hopefully, this is the correct link:-

Hi I can't get this link to work which is a shame cause I am looking for information as to how to find out where my grandmother is buried she died on Janurary 12th 1949 in Lamellion House, Liskeard, which I understand was a workhouse but then became a Gereatric Hospital.  Anyone got any ideas.
