Could you restore and date please?

This is a picture of my Great Grandmother (front centre) with her cousin (left of pic) ...Not really sure of date, she was born in 1884 and died in 1965. Thanks for your help.

POSTEES: If possible, PLEASE, scan your images at 300 - 600 dpi, for both ease of restoration and best results
RESTORERS: Feel free to change/improve/colour any restorations posted by myself.  Acknowledgment would be appreciated.

I'm happy to have a go for you but it looks like the scan you have posted has errors in it. If you look at the bumber and around the hat there are definite staggered lines that I'm pretty sure won't have been on the original photo.

Any chance of a re-scan ?

The car's registration number was issued from 1955 onwards by Hampshire County Council.
Feel free to alter/modify or colour any restores done by me.
