Hi
That does look like them; a little disappointed sons Thomas and William had no occupation listed.  William is reputed to have began working at age 8 years (family oral history).  Any chance you could do a look up on the 1861 census for the family.

Think I've found them!
Reference RG09, 3996, 9, 18
Staffordshire Row, Llanover Upper

Williams, Jeremiah  Head  M  48  Furnaceman  b Aberystruth
Williams, Mary  Wife  F  34  b Aberystruth
Williams, Elizabeth  Daughter  F  18  Labouring at Furnace  b Aberystruth
Williams, Ann  Daughter  F  17  Labouring at Furnace  b Aberystruth
Williams, Mary  Daughter  F  13  Scholar  b Aberystruth
Williams, Rachel  Daughter  F  7  Scholar  b Llanfoist
Williams, Benjamin  Son  M  5  Scholar  b Llanfoist
Williams, Thomas  Son  M  3  Scholar  b Llanfoist
Williams, William  Son  M  3 months  b Llanfoist

On the 1871, Thomas and William have a line in the occupation column.
Could mean "ditto"?

Thanks KGarrad; Again it looks as if you have located the right family although place of birth differs for Jeremiah & Mary from Cardigan to Aberystruth.  Could I possible ask for a look-up on the 1851.
