Janet Laidlaw/Richard Bell Immigration?

I have been trying to find out what had happened to Janet Laidlaw and her husband Richard Bell.  They were married on 31 December 1910 in Galashiels.  In the 1911 census they resided in Jedburgh.  I can't find any children for them in either Scotland or England nor can I find any death records.  There may be a high possibility that they immigrated.  Does anyone have access to immigration records?  If so, would it be possible for you to have a look for Janet and Richard leaving Scotland from 1911 onwards?
Janet was born in 1885 and Richard was born in 1875.

There is only one Richard Bell who could be a match
bn 1874 left Glasgow in 1916 for Quebec.
Can't find anyone else with him, sorry.
