Whilst I fully understand this is not family history, is there any kind person out there who could help me?  My wife passed any a while ago, and this was her favorite photo of us both. Could the "nose bleed" be removed?

Judging by the clothes I'd say we're about the same age Geoff, so this "old man" was happy to help!!
