Hi John,

why can't you log on (as cricket2) from a different computer ??
What error message are you getting ?

Your user name is independent of whatever computer you are on.

regards,
Bob

Hi John,

we have no access to passwords, but if your e-mail account for cricket2 is still valid, then you can try signing in as cricket2 and then clicking on the "forgot your password?" link
See: http://www.rootschat.com/help/login.php#forgot

Have you tried logging out of Rootschat (Logout icon upper right on screen) and then trying to login with cricket2 details?

If you've logged out (and removed cookies for Rootschat) I can't understand how you could get a message saying you've 'posted an answer'.

Hi

If you've logged out (and removed cookies for Rootschat) I can't understand how you could get a message saying you've 'posted an answer'.

Could the messages referred to be those on this topic?

Also, has the email address changed as 'request password' messages would go the the email address on the cricket2 profile.

Andy
