looking for 1911 cencus of john barter.in 1891 he was liveing with his mother
selina,step dad samuel,sister selina and brother thomas at 5 daisy st,canton,cardiff.
could not find 1901 on him,found the rest of his family,pritty sure he got married in
cardiff in 1903 to marry jane griffiths,but still no sign of him

i have full free access to all cencus,even 1911 through ancestry.
what about 1901,failed to find him?

Usually, when a man can't be found in the 1901 census, it's likely that he was serving in the Boer War.
