Hi folks,

My great great great, Granddad Elias Barkham was Boot and Shoemaker in Bury St Edmunds along with his father and three brothers.

At one time the had four shops in the Town at one time according to Kelly Directory toward the end of the 19th centuray.

I was just wondering if there is anywhere on-line I can look up information relating to the Business? i.e rents or taxes paid ??
