Information on New Jersey Death Certificate 1887

I have located a death certificate held at New Jersey State Archives dated 1887 and before I send away for the certificate does anyone know of the details that is listed on the certificate. Place of death is Essex New Jersey.

I am interested in finding the place of burial.
