East Langton Parish Records

I am looking for a christening record of Hannah SMITH.  She was believed to have been born in East Langton Leicestershire in about 1774.  There seems to be limited records for this parish on the IGI.  I have found a birth at Kibworth Beauchamp in 1766 to parent John SMITH on freeREG, which I understand is quite close but I suspect this is too old.

Can someone tell me if these records exist and how I might find out if there is an entry for Hannah?

Thanks Trish, fantastic.  I have her marriage details, she married William Laundon/Landen 22 Oct 1801 at Wigston Leicestershire. They are my 4th great grandparents.
