Hello,
If possible, an 1851 lookup please.

Susan Cockburn, b. 1804 Gateshead
James, b. 1828 Gateshead (blacksmith)
Elizabeth, b. 1837 Newcastle
William, b. 1839 Newcastle
John, b. 1844 Newcastle
Ann, b. 1851 Gateshead

They were at 17 Park Lane, Gateshead for 1861.

Today I looked through the five districts that made up the City of Newcastle in Census 1851. (Surname Indexes)

Plenty of Cockburns, but none to match the profile of your gang.

By 51 census time, they must have crossed over to Gateshead to have Ann.

Unfortunately I do not have access to Gateshead 1851.
