« on: Monday 26 March 12 12:20 BST (UK) »

Can anyone help with the burial place of Patrick Mitchell who died on the south platform of  Bearstead Station in June 1908.  The family have the  details as below, but do not where their ancestor is buried.   Is there any newspaper report we can be directed to.

I can't be sure where he lived in 1908, but on the 1901 Scotland Census, he was living with his wife Bridget and several of their children at 12 Silverfir Street, Hucheson Town, Govan Glasgow, ref 133, 644/11.

His age was given as 50, so he was born about 1850, not 1860,as I had previously said, and he was a gas fitter.   The family say that he is not buried with his wife  Bridget (who is with some of her grandchildren in St Kintegeans, Glasgow)
