I wrote down in the original post was all that was contained on the final page

Well in that case they must have added another final page since then!

It is his medical history (with dates for his arrival at each station):

Perth, Fort George, HMS Crocodile, Malta, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Parkhurst, Gibraltar, HMS Orontes, Egypt - Mamleh, HS Lusitania(?), Ismailia, Cairo

Actually it's WO97 / 3647 / 21 but you won't need that if you subscribe to FindMyPast. He's the only Henry Pew in their British Army Service Records.

On the hospital ships:

"...........These vessels were supplemented by five auxiliary hospital ships, the
Orentos, Tamar, Iberia, Lusitania, and Nepaul, whose services could be
utilized as desired. Each was capable of making up, on the average,
300 beds, with a due proportion of medical officers and hospital order-
lies. "

It's spelt Orontes in this version of the same report http://brittlebooks.library.illinois.edu/Scripts/Done%20with%20Dispatching/goodca0001repbri/goodca0001repbri_ocr.txt

HMS Orontes was the transport ship that took him to Egypt and  was subsequently used as a hospital ship.

This is wonderful information, Shaun.

I can't read my own writing, my notes clearly state WO97 / 3647 / 21. I like to attach the reference to all my research, even if it's online too.

These references are brilliant for me to fill in the gaps, I like to know exactly what my ancestor's environment was like.

Thank you  :D

Thank you! Where did you find those two references?

As the Regimental Number is the same, is it safe to assume that this is the same person, even though two regiments are named?
