JAMES HUDSON and ELIZABETH

Hello,
Can anyone find a MARRIAGE in either lancashire (Manchester) or Staffordshire for a JAMES HUDSON and an ELIZABETH in around 1797 ish please?  James was born in Manchester and Wife Elizabeth in possibly Barton, Staffordshire. Children were born Ann 1799 ,Mary 1803, Jane 1807, Ellen 1811,  Elizabeth 1814, and James 1819. All in Manchester.
 I can only find records for possible marriages in places like Yorkshire, which is possible I suppose??!
Any help would be great. Many Thanks Jan.

is the marrige 1797 or 1897

The only clue I can find is this baptism,
is it the correct family

father a weaver,

1861 Census James Unm Sister, MARY born c 1803, Manchester, Occp Cotton Baller, is with him and Jane and Family.

1851 Census
7 Faucett St,
Manchester, Lancashire
HO107/2226/41/22
Elizabeth HUDSON, 72, Head, Widow, Family Servant, born Barton, Staffordshire
MARY Hudson, 47, Daug, Unm, Cotton Baller, born Manchester, Lancashire
Elizabeth KIRKMAN, 21, ? Reeler, born Manchester
Thomas Kirkman, 16, Assistant Pawnbroker, born Stockport, Cheshire
Elemor Kitkman, 11, born Manchester
Rote (Kate) Ellen Kirkman, 1, born Manchester
The Kirkmans are down as Elizabeths Children but must be Grandchildren.

So Marriage may have taken place Staffs even.

Ellen KIRKMAN, 32, Reeler
Elizth, 11
James, 9
Thomas, 6
Ellen, 1

I can find these Elizabeths born c 1779, Barton Under Needwood, Staffordshire;
ALLSOP, 11 June 1779 to JOS/ALICE
SLATOR, 03 Jan 1779 to WM/HANNAH
DICKIN, 03 Jan 1779 to RICHARD/ELIZ
CORDIN, 06 July 1779 to THOMAS/ELIZ

Just worth noting to see if they fit in later.

EDIT IGI has a Marriage;
Elizabeth SLATER, 22 April 1799, Wath Upon Dearne, Yorkshire
Spouse is just listed as JAMES, no Surname

Thank you all for taking an interest and for helping with James and Elizabeth.  I think the baptism is probably the correct family and I will look over the other info, as it all may be helpful along the way!
