Hi folks,

Did anyone pick up the news story (Bournemouth Echo) regarding a Henry Alfred HIND b abt 1941 d: 2012. The Coroner is trying to locate his family for death notification. Maybe someone can track them.  I tried but found nothing so far.

Call  * with any information.

What about the 1940 birth in Plymouth??  Appears to have had a sister b 1946

Hi CaroleW,

Saw the Plymouth birth but did not think his mother (nee *) would still be alive.  Did not see the sister, but have since found one (*), but the mother is listed as nee *.
Thee are at least 3 marriages in the time frame involved 1960-1970 'ish.(J*)

However I think this will only be solved if some one with Henry in their tree sees this post.

I remember an Alfie Hind(s) from the 1950s/ 1960s. I believe he was a criminal and if this is him then there is small wonder he changed his name.

If he was a criminal then the police dept. would have his prints.  I believe the normal practice with all deceased persons is for the prints to be submitted for criminal records checks to prove identity.

I think that Alfie Hinds died about 20 years ago.

That is not the sisters birth I found

If you search Hind births with mothers maiden name * - that's the one I found
