Can anyone help me find out more about a John Dowdall and his family
Im helping a friend try and trace her Grandfather in a bid to find out the full history of the Dowdall Family


John Dowdall
Birth 1892 in Armagh Ireland 
Death 5 Jun 1956

And

Teresa rose McNamee dowdall
B: ?
D: 05/01/1967

Any Information on the family history would be great

We believe all the family came from the Armagh County

Joe,
    13 Jan 1891 Peter Dowdall married Sarah Anne Murphy in Meigh Roman Catholic Church, Newry District. The fathers' names were Peter Dowdall and John Murphy.

The first complete census for Ireland is 1901.

Have a look at Introduction to Irish Records and My Ancestor came from Ireland - where do I start?.
