Need records from 1765 Scotland

I am desperate to find a birth record from approx 1765 Scotland. The information I have so far is:
James Teunon
Married Aug 17 1793 at Forglen Banff Scotland to Jannet Thomson
Died: Jan 14 1828 also in Forglen

Jannet was born May 13 1766 in Forglen
Died July 17 1841 Forglen
Her parents are Robert Thomson and Isobel Cook

James and Jannet had 6 Children:
Isabella--b. June 7 1795, d.May 15 1826
Janet--b.Feb 5 1797
Robert--b. Jan 25 1799, d. Jan 7 1828
Christian--b.Feb 14 1801, m.James Lawrence Apr. 8 1838, d.1876
James--Apr 7 1803
Mary--b. Dec 19 1808 m. James Begrie Dec 27th 1851

I cannot find any birth records for James Teunon. I am assuming he was born in Scotland but am not positive. If anyone has this information I would really appreciate any help. Or if you know where I could look for it. I have tried Scotlands people but have not found anything.

Also, if anyone needs a monumental inscription from the kirkyard of Forglen I would be happy to look it up for you.

had a look on the BVRI and cant find a James that fits but there is a lot with no given name  so it could be one of them

Hi, do you have Isabella TEUNION or TEUNON married to James RAEBURN?
Trying to find their birth/christening dates. I think they married 5 May 1816, Forglen, Banff, according to IGI.

I am intereseted in their child Mary Raeburn, my ancestor.
